Would you like to speak to someone about an individual over 18 maintaining independence or accessing support to meet their needs? For information, advice and assistance you can speak to a member of the North Torfaen Wellbeing Team. Contact them via the intercom next to Torfaen Customer Services desk or call 01495 762200. You can also find a range of information leaflets on Torfaen Council's website
Housing & Homelessness
You may need help finding or sustaining your tenancy due to mental health, domestic violence, support for independent living or financial concerns. You can access a one step referral into all homelessness and housing-related support via the Housing Support Gateway. You will be asked some questions about your circumstances and directed to the most appropriate support.
